A One-Name Study for the BARNUM/BARNHAM Surname
There is a source that gives Samuel Barnum's birthdate as 10 May 1714. However, that would have made him two years old when his first child was born. The date of 1697 is still suspect, but does make better sense, and 10 May 1714 appears to have been the date of Samuel's marriage to Rebeckah Cornel.
