The 1900 US Census lists Lewis and Lillian living in Burns Township, Shiawassee, Michigan with their daughter Burneice Ola Keller (B: 3 December 1899; D: 26 January 1980).

The 1910 US Census lists Lewis and Lillian living in Argentine Township, Genesee, Michigan. The household included Lewis, Lillian, Burneice (10), Luella (6) and farm-hand Edward Hyde.

The 1920 US Census lists Lewis and Lillian living in Burns Township, Shiawassee, Michigan. The household included Luella (16); Genevieve (9); Velva (7); Ronald (6); Marjorie (4). Burneice had married Earl C. Skinner on 9 January 1918 and was living on the Skinner family farm in Argentine Township, Genesee, Michigan.

The 1930 US Census lists Lillian & Lewis living in Hamtramck, Wayne, Michigan. The household included Genevieve (19); Velva (18); Ronald (16); Marjorie (14) and farm hands Russel Carter and Wyne Yager.

1940 US Census lists Lillian and Lewis back in Argentine, Genesee, Michigan. Marjorie (24) was the only child left at home.
