A One-Name Study for the BARNUM/BARNHAM Surname
Theresa Ann Barnum. Harbor Springs [formerly of Grant]. Mrs. Theresa Ann Barnum, 69, of Harbor Springs and formerly of Grant, died early Friday morning, July 16, in Royal Oak, Michigan, from a sudden illness.
She was born Theresa Ann Bogaski, June 21, 1913, in Detroit and lived in the Grant area before living in Harbor Springs. Mrs. Barnum was owner and bookkeeper of Barnum Brothers of Detroit and Petoskey until 1974.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at the McKinley Funeral Home in Grant, with the Reverend Richard Oberheide officiating. Interment was in the Ashland Center Cemetery. Note: the maiden surname Bogaski given here is an error. She was born Theresa Ann Richter.
