Notes for Telah BARNUM


In 1756, Thomas Barnum and Eliphalet Barnum were appointed Telah's guardians.

Telah Barnum was a Revolutionary War veteran. During August-September 1776 he served one month, 18 days with the 13th Regiment, Connecticut Militia. The US Census of 1790 shows him, with two free white males under 16 and six free white females, living in Bethlehem, Litchfield County, Connecticut.
