Notes for Abigail FLINT

Abigail (Flint) Barnum was buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Dunlap, Harrison County, Iowa. Abigail's tombstone reads "Mother, wife of Milo d: Dec 27, 1867 63 y 3m 27 d." That would make her birth date 8-30-1804. Most records give her birth date as October 12, 1804. Perhaps the tombstone date was hir correct birth date and October 12 could be her christening date. The Harrison County web site list her death as 1862. The 2 should be 7; it was most likely transcribed incorrectly.
