Edwin A. Barnum, 7, M, b. Illinois, Attended school within the year
Sarah E. Barnum, 6, F, b. Illinois, Attended school within the year

Abijah was Miami County Surveyor 1863-1867, Sheriff 1834, Clerk and Treasurer, Bedford Township, Cuyahoga County, Ohio. He is said to have been "landlord" of the Weddell House Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio. He was also supposedly involved in the "Bridge War" in Cleveland. He can also be found in the records of Illinois Public Land Sales.
