Notes for Roger BARNUM


In the 1810 US Census for Kingsbury, Washington, New York the family of Roger Barnum was enumerated as follows:
Barnum, Roger; 1 free white male to 10; 1 free white male 26 to 44; 2 free white females to 10 and 1 free white female 26 to 44.

In 1820 he was in Wolcott, Seneca, New York. He has not been found in the 1830 census and in 1840 (as Roger Barnham) he was in Rose, Wayne, New York.

In the 1850 US Census for Monguagon, Wayne County, Michigan the family of Roger barnum was enumerated as follows:
Dwelling #172; Family #172
Roger Barnum, 68, M, Farmer, Real property $400, b. Vermont
Ann Barnum, 64, F, b. Vermont
His sons Charles and VanRennselaer (S. B.) lived to either side of him.
