Elmira Masiker was the daughter of George Masiker and Palmyra Trumbull (Trumble), she was in the process of divorcing Henry Barnum when he killed himself. She then married James A. West and had three more children. She and James West had 3 daughters, Leila Echo (West) Bartlett, Hazel Alto (West) Lake and Leola West Church.
