Survivors include her son, Edward (Pam) Adams of Madison; daughters, Alberta Kirk of Madison, Norma (Bradley) Massena of Ashtabula, Marilyn (John) Vliek of Ashtabula, and Mary (Santos) Montalvo of Madison; brothers, Vern (Judy) Barnum of California, and Floyd (Marian) Barnum of New York; 18 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vern "Buster" Adams; parents, Hugh and Minnie (Perry) Barnum; brother, Willis Barnum; and one grandchild. Burial will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chester Township.
