Notes for Robert Price BARNUM


From The Oregonian, Portland, Oregon - September 17, 2008: Robert P. Barnum of Milwaukie died Aug. 31, 2008, at age 89. Robert P. Barnum was born Dec. 18, 1918, in Seattle, Washington, and raised in Gladstone, Oregon. He graduated from Oregon City High School. During World War II, he served in the Army in the Pacific. He was a farm implement dealer and co-owner of B & H Ford Tractor. He had lived in Milwaukie since about 2000. In 1937, he married Dorothea C. Hagedorn. Survivors include his wife; daughters, Carolyn Eckert and Beverly Kiesel; son, Robert L.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
