From the Hartford Courant, Hartford, Connecticut, May 7, 1998: Evelyn J. McLeod, 87, of Sebring, FL, died Tuesday (May 5, 1998) in Florida Hospital, Heartland, Florida. She was born in Torrington, Connecticut, moving to Florida in 1980. She is survived by a daughter, Janette Terenzio of Orlando, FL; a son, Charles L. McLeod of Issaquah, WA; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nephews, Harold Barnum of Newington, Richard Barnum of Norway, Maine. A Memorial Service will be Saturday (May 9), 3 p.m. at Stephenson Nelson Chapel, Sebring, FL, the Rev. Dean Brown, officiating.
