Notes for Howard Merle BARNUM

From the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, October 2, 1956: Private funeral services for Howard Merle Barnum, 61, dairy products purchasing agent for a region of the A&P Company here will be held at 2 PM today. Mr. Barnum died of a heart attack Friday at his home 3919 McClure Ave, Northside. He was employed by the chain store firm for 30 years. Mr. Barnum was a trustee of the Brighton Road Presbyterian Church. He leaves a daughter Dorothy Anne Barnum; a son, Howard M. Barnum, Jr.; a sister, Mrs. John V. Beisswanger and two brothers Lynton and Lt. Col. John M. Barnum.
