From the Brewster Standard, Brewster, N.Y., January 20, 1966: Mrs. James Muckenhoupt, 52, of Brookfield, Conn., died Friday, January 14, 1966 in Danbury Hospital after a long illness. Vivian B. Muckenhoupt was a daughter of the late George Barnum and Marjorie Barnum of Brewster, N. Y. Surviving besides her husband is one daughter Nancy, wife of Dr. Joseph Simonelli, of Danbury, Conn., and four grandchildren. Mrs. Elizabeth Barnum Storm of Brewster, attended the funeral of her niece, accompanied by her brother, Warren Barnum of Peekskill and her daughter, Mrs. Meredith Lodge, of Beacon. Burial was in St. Peter's Cemetery.
