Notes for Ruth Isadore BARNUM


Ruth Isodore Barnum served as a corporal in the US Army during WWII, where she met her husband, Lawrence Earl "Larry" Maness. They had seven children and resided in North Bangor, NY, where she lived until her death from heart disease in 1976. She was active in her church and Eastern Star and she loved to play tennis. Her favorite song was, "Don't Fence Me In."

According to the Northern New York Tombstone Transcription Project, her tombstone reads:
