LaTroy'e Lamont Williams, September 9, 1978 - October 11, 2012 He will always be in the hearts of his daughter, Samatha Love; mother, Yolanda Romero; brother, Tony Salazar; grandma, Romero; nephew of Roland Romero, David Romero, Daniel Romero, Christine Romero-Barnes, Marlinda Romero; and many cousins. LaTroy'e went to David Douglas High School. Many of his homies will also remember him as Frequent C, scratching vinyl at the Paris Club and his personality on fishing trips.
